Delivery & Returns Policy

This Delivery & Returns Policy describes the timeframes for shipping orders and outlines the requirements for returns and refunds.

Processing Times

As most of the products on the website are made by hand, products are usually shipped within five working days (excluding bank holidays and weekends).

 

If for any reason, we cannot make the five-day turnaround we will email you to advise you of the date your order will be shipped. If at this point you wish to cancel your order due to the delay, you may do so, and a full refund will be issued.

 

Shipping Times

All orders (UK & International) are shipped as Tracked 48 by Royal Mail.

You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped.

 

If there are delays within the postal system, this unfortunately is out of my control. However, please contact me if your order is late so I can provide tracking information for you.

 

Please allow extra shipping time during any mail strikes and at busy periods like Christmas.

 

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs are calculated using the weight and size of your order and will be available to you at check-out.

 

Personalisation

Unfortunately, since your order is personalised, I cannot accept returns.

 

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you wish to return your item (if it’s not personalised) then you may do so at your own cost.

 

Please email us if you wish to return your order, on hello@cowparsleyliving.co.uk, including your order number and reason for your return. We will then reply to you and provide details on how to return your item.

All returns should be sent to us within five working days of receiving your order.

 

On receipt of the returned product, we will issue you with a refund of your order total.

 

Order Cancellations & Refunds

We cannot accept order cancellations. This is because we will have either started working on your order or it’s been processed and ready to ship.

 

I will issue a refund if the order (including a personalised product) is damaged when you receive it. (Photographic evidence will need to be supplied of the product and the packaging it was received in).

 

You may also ask for a replacement product if your order is damaged.
